How do I buy a rank?
Hit the button on any rank card (or the big button above) — it opens the #buy-ranks channel in our Discord. Send your order there and a staff member handles it.
Do I pay once or is it a subscription?
Once. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and nothing to cancel. Pay once and the rank is yours permanently.
How do I claim my kit after buying?
Join the server and claim your kit in-game. Kits refresh every 24 hours, so you can re-claim the gear on each cooldown.
Which currency do the prices use?
The store converts between USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD using the selector above. The price shown is the one you pay.
Can I gift a rank to another player?
Yes — just mention who the rank is for when you order in #buy-ranks and we'll apply it to their account.
What if I have a problem after buying?
